Sam Aparo
Chairman, FPS Group
After completing his Business Marketing Degree, Sam started his working career at a Shipping Line before moving across into Freight Forwarding. This is where he developed his passion for the industry and applied his studies to its utmost. Developing his skills initially in Operations and later becoming the Marketing Manager of a large Australian Forwarder before being promoted to become General Manager.
This was when he was approach by Famous Pacific Shipping Australia to become Managing Director of the company in early 2000. Sam has turned Famous Pacific Shipping Australia into an extremely successful business and being one of the strongest Freight Forwarding and NVOCC companies in the local market. His vision to expand the business in order to provide clients a truly one stop shop, offering in-house services such as Customs Clearance, warehousing, 3PL and transport which it now operates a fleet of trucks. Sam’s vision of being unique in the market has led to his success and building his own reputation over the past 24 years.
Having joined the Advisory Board of the FPS Group in 2013, Sam was elected Chairman in 2015. Relishing the role and using all his industry experience and knowledge for the benefit of all FPG Group members. Also being a member of the FPS Group from its inception allows Sam to understand the needs and expectations of its members amongst the ever changing industry and evolution.
Iskandar Zulkarnain is an Advisory Board member of the FPS Group. He is also the Managing Director of PT FPS INDONESIA. The company provides sources to facilitate the movement of goods internationally.
This includes committed, dedicated and experienced people to execute the tasks; communication tools and devices to ensure effective communication take place and updated information with regard to cargo journey and other means and infrastructure as well.
Prior to his involvement with FPS, Mr. Zulkarnain was the Chairman of ISKA NIAGA DARMA (Holding) GROUP. For more than 25-years his work has focused on LCL Consolidation and related services including NVOCC, domestic transporter, customs clearance broker, packing provider, project cargo handling and all complementary functions in managing the moving of cargoes. Iskandar’s additional work experience includes Shareholder and Founder of Bank Muamalat Indonesia (As Commissioner of Bank Muamalat Indonesia 2003-2008); Customs Clearance Coy and Evergreen Line.

Kettivit Sittisoontornwong is an Advisory Board member of the FPS Group. He is also the President & CEO of FPS Thailand and Leo Global Logistics Group, provide a full range of worldwide logistics services, including Air/Sea Freight Forwarding, Project Cargo Handling and Customs Formalities Service. FPS Thailand and LEO Global Logistics are certified internationally acclaimed ISO 9001: 2015 companies, enabling a guarantee to all customers, high-quality international transport/logistics services in both local and global marketplaces. He is involved with many industry organizations including serving as President of the Thai International Freight Forwarders Association (TIFFA); Vice President of Thailand Logistics Services Providers Federation and a member of the Thai Chamber of Commerce provide him extensive industry knowledge. Mr. Sittisoontornwong has been involved with the FPS Group from the beginning. So he has long worked on the vision to establish a global network comprising of FPS companies.
